100% of the employee portion of the Health, Dental and Vision plans are paid by Dowless & Associates, along with 50% of the dependent portion, as applicable.

- Dowless & Associates, Inc. will annually match a 100% of the employee’s contribution up to 6%.
- You are immediately 100% vested in all employer contributions to an employee 401k account.
Training
Dowless & Associates is dedicated to providing employees with the training necessary to excel in their careers. Employees are encouraged to meet with their manager to determine what courses may benefit their position, contract, and client.
Tuition Reimbursement
Dowless & Associates maintains a philosophy of life-time learning. In order to facilitate employees in their pursuit of learning, a tuition reimbursement program has been established. The objective of this program is to help employees with their degree programs. Dowless & Associates will reimburse employees for tuition-related expense up to a maximum of $5000 per calendar year.
Computer-Buy Program
Employees are eligible for the Computer Buy Program at their one year anniversary and then every three years following the initial purchase. Dowless & Associates will provide up to $1000 per employee every three years toward the purchase of a laptop/desktop computer through our established vendor relationships.
Paid Time Off
A generous leave schedule has been put in place to encourage employees to maintain a healthy lifestyle and be able to take time off when needed or desired.
Additionally, ten paid holidays will be given each year based on the government holiday schedule. The following holidays will be observed:
