Software Developer

Description:

The Software Engineer modifies existing software to correct errors, allows it to adapt to new hardware, or to improves its performance. He or she will analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

Additional duties include:

• Consult with customers regarding software system design and maintenance
• Investigate and resolve data issues that affect data throughout

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+  years of  using "C"   and/or Visual Basic
• 3+ years of SQL experience
• 3+ years experience working with Oracle
• Solid software troubleshooting experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be detail oriented
• Able to work in a fast paced environment working on multiple tasks

Desirable:

The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events). Experience working with Highview Procedure Code (HPC) is a plus.

Clearance: Full TS/SCI with Lifestyle Polygraph required
