		Dowless & Associates has been a Microsoft Certified Solutions Provider since 1997 and maintain on-staff of Microsoft Certified System Engineers, Professionals and Trainers.
		Dowless & Associates is a Certified Solution Partner (CSP), and an Enterprise Deployment Provider (EDP) providing installation and configuration services for PGP Universal. We have completed engagements on behalf of PGP and are their “partner of choice” for the Federal Marketplace. We maintain a fully-functional lab that is used extensively in PGP product demonstrations and testing.

		Secure Computing’s “Sidewinder G2,”an application proxy firewall, provides the greatest level of security with ease of management. For organizations with relaxed security requirements, a packet filtering firewall will work fine. There are a host of them on the market and we don’t support them. We chose to support the Sidewinder G2 product for one reason - it’s secure.
